Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

1/4can Anchovies (3.75oz can) minced
1 1/2tbsp Garlic minced
6oz Dijon mustard
1qt Extra virgin olive oil
1qt Salad oil
1/2c Lemon juice
1/4c Red wine vinegar
1/2c Parmesan cheese
15oz Worchestshire sauce

Procedure:

Mix all, except the oils, in a mixer and whip at low speed for about 2 min. Make sure all ingrediance are incorporated well.

Slowly add the oils (you can mix the oils together) in a steady stream into the mixer, which you should have at a low speed. Use setting 2 or 3 on a kitchen aid or other type mixer. Make sure you have a nice creamy dressing when all the oils is incorporated.

The shelf life can be up to 4 months in refrigeration, enjoy.
