Jalapeno Bullets

Ingredients:

8ea	Jalapenos
8oz	Cream cheese
To taste	Herb mix parsley, thyme, rosemary chopped fine
To taste	Lemon juice
16slices	Applewood Bacon or Favorite Bacon

Slice jalapenos in half, remove seeds with spoon

Bring cream cheese to room temperature mix in Lemon and herbs

Fill jalapenos with cream cheese using a spoon

Wrap with bacon

Grill and finish in 350 degree oven until bacon is crisp
